Share your story

At Coaching Buttons, we love to highlight the experience of our community. For example, our colleague Ron has shared several articles with us about open organizations and open leadership styles. Others have shared articles about their leadership experience and the leadership styles that work for them.

We would like to invite all of our community to share an article about what leadership looks like to you. These don't need to be very long or detailed articles, you don't have to make this into a book chapter. Short, focused articles are great too!

If you'd like to contribute an article but aren't sure where to start, here are a few themes to spark an idea:

• "What-is" articles like "What is an open organization."
• "How-to" articles like "How to set up an open organization."
• "My story" articles like "How I helped my team to adopt an open organization approach."
• "Interview" articles where you interview someone else about their leadership experience.
• "Round-up" or "round table" article where you ask several people about a topic or idea ("What your advice when moving to an open organization style?") and everyone writes one or two paragraphs that you collect into a single article.
